i really like the shot - very nice composition
but what i don't like is ur postwork which is kinda unexact. actually i can see the parts in her face which were smoothed and which were not. Well u can see it if u take a closer look and when u try to focus on the photo. i would rework the transition between the smoothed and unsmoothed parts.

however - a relly nice photo and really sweet model!
